Andirons help to keep your logs in place while they are burning and they elevate the logs from the hearth to allow for good air circulation that makes burning more efficient and complete. Lifting the logs off the hearth may also help to protect the floor from excessive heat. These andirons are made from black wrought iron and have dimensions of approximately 16" D x 8" W x 15" H. The set of two andirons weighs approximately 18 lbs.
